Hopefully most people are savvy enough to check out their lawyers before they write that retainer check. When a lawyer carries the kind of reputation as this one does, one should heed the warning. Thankfully, with the new judge on the bench, she will not be given the freedom to pillage the way Munger allowed. Between a thoughtful judge and colleagues who are familiar with her methods, justice can perhaps be had. Unfortunately, the damage left in her wake cannot be undone but at the end of the day, she only has her broken life to go home to at night. That is the most important justice of all.

Unfortunately, the state Bar Association and the Judicial Commissions are designed to protect its members instead of punishing them so trying this avenue will be a waste. Your best bet is to try to get media involved by setting up a website and taking your story to TV stations and newspapers. In Pima County, there's clear and convicing evidence as you can just look at Munger's family members real estate transactions and cross reference with the associated probate case Munger heard. You'll see Munger's family members benefited from Munger ordering homes sold to his family members. You can see the same with probate attorneys benefiting homes ordered sold as well. They moved Munger off probate but he's still in the system.

When there is a clear record and evidence of misdeeds, what can be done to prevent Munger and Bernardini from pillaging the estates of other innocent and vulnerable people?
